First is Venexia, a castle-like building with medieval decorations. There were shining footprints ushering visitors to a boat to cross over the lake. And the most interesting thing was the donation plate held by a statue.
London 2012 Olympics was really a hot destination now. There were crowds of people dancing on the square. I chatted with an avatar whose user was from Brazil. The talk was very enjoyable. It seemed that she was really into the Olympic Games and kept talking about Brazilian athletes.
Bar Zero with crowded with a lot of customers who were dancing in the pool. But I did not know how to join them. All of them were continuously swinging and dancing, with no talk at all.

SL may not be a replica of the real world, but I think that in a lot of ways, it's definitely a reflection of our more hidden selves and views. For example, parliament is seen by most as having a more seedy underbelly, with corruption and what not, so those posters could reflect that opinion.
ReplyDeleteAs for joining in at the club - I think that if you go into gestures there might be some dance options? And sometimes that have special dance floors that animate your avatar for you, I've noticed.
Thanks for your reply Serenity. Wow, I don't know that these posters reflect people's opnion towards corruption. In this regard, the porno and violence elements overrun in virtual worlds could all be paraphrased as reflection of negative feelings in real world. It sounds like much of a Freudian Theory. So naughty, haha! I got a new phrase 'seedy underbelly', would you please further eplain it for me if possible?
